The Dapple Diamond is Northeast Oklahoma's premier private event bartending service. Looking for a unique way to "wow" your guests? Look no further! The Dapple Diamond will deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for your guests that will elevate your event to the next level. Our services are customized for each event, from providing just the basic necessities to the all-inclusive, with the exception of the alcohol. We provide professional, certified bartenders, liquor liability insurance coverage, and all the tools necessary to keep your guests hydrated and happy, and you worry free. The Dapple Diamond A Travelin' Bar trailer brings the charm, creating a memorable event that will leave your guests with something to talk about long after the event is over.
PRIVATE EVENTS
We offer a unique experience for your private event and provide top quality service. We bring the Dapple Diamond Travelin' Bar trailer, two (2) certified bartenders and custom decorations. We will serve the beverages of your choice, keeping your guests happy and you worry free.
BASIC BARTENDING
CUSTOMIZATION & PLANNING
We also offer basic bartending services without the Dapple Diamond Travelin' Bar trailer. Bartending services start at $75/hour for two (2) certified bartenders.
Due to Oklahoma liquor laws, Dapple Diamond, LLC can not provide or sell any alcohol. You must purchase and provide it the day of the event. However, we will meet with you in advance to plan a perfect drink menu, discuss decorations to complement your theme, and will make sure you have everything else needed for complete beverage service.
ABOUT US
My name is Shawn Curl, and I am the owner of the Dapple Diamond. A few years ago, I came up with the crazy idea to start a mobile bartending service out of an old horse trailer. Call it a mid-life crisis, but this was just one of my many crazy ideas that I really wanted to make happen. Unfortunately, COVID put my plans on hold, but the ideas and research into making my dream a reality kept moving forward. In the early Spring of 2022, I challenged my husband, Bruce, to go out and find me a horse trailer. Well, he did! A thirty-year old one at that. The gentleman who sold it to us thought we were insane. Who serves drinks out of a trailer that hauls animals?!? For a few days, I had to agree with the man. Bruce and I kept thinking, "What have we gotten ourselves into?"

Thankfully, my brother Matt, a former bartender, had a vision, and together with Bruce, they remodeled, refurbished and transformed the 1993 horse trailer into the Dapple Diamond A Travelin' Bar. Interior lighting, a dry well, countertops, a refrigerator, and a commercial grade double slush machine are just a few of the improvements that have been added.
The Dapple Diamond's first event was booked before the remodel work on the trailer was even finished, but with the support and encouragement of friends and family, Bruce, Matt and I pushed ahead, and the Dapple Diamond A Travelin' Bar trailer made it's debut at a private party on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees during Memorial Day Weekend of 2022.
Since then, the Dapple Diamond has been serving up frozen margaritas, lemonade, and our signature drink, a bourbon slush, along with many more specialty cocktails and mocktails at events in Northeast Oklahoma. I love to plan events, entertain and to decorate, and with the help of my staff, we will deliver that unique experience to your private event.
